The HT6000 series comprises dual-channel synchronous step-down controllers with integrated MOSFETs, wide input voltage range, multi-protections, and soft-start function. These controllers can double power while one channel is in use and feature external feedback pins for fast charging solutions. Some models in the series have built-in QC protocol for fast charging. Ideal for USB charger applications, the HT6000 series provides fast charge to two channels and requires fewer components.
