HTT was honoured to participate in a meaningful academic exchange held at ELCHK Lutheran Secondary School. During the visit, Dr David Ng, Chief Executive Officer of HTT, delivered an insightful seminar entitled “The Era of Rapid Development of AI Chips” to students and teachers. The event attracted strong participation, reflecting keen interest in emerging technologies and their impact on the future.
During the visit, the HTT team had the pleasure of meeting Principal Leung, Vice Principal Ms Chan, senior teachers Mr Lee and Ms Ho, as well as other members of the teaching staff. Both parties engaged in constructive discussions on technology education, innovation, and the importance of industry–education collaboration in preparing students for the era of artificial intelligence.
In his seminar, Dr Ng shared an overview of the development of artificial intelligence, the evolution of AI chip technology, and his country’s achievements and role within the global technology landscape. He also highlighted worldwide trends in AI chip development, encouraging students to think critically about technological progress and to consider their future academic and career pathways. Beyond the seminar, the school’s warm hospitality and in-depth exchanges further strengthened mutual understanding and laid a solid foundation for future collaboration.
